Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Roast for 25 minutes until golden.
Meanwhile, whisk tahini, lemon juice, maple syrup, minced garlic, and warm water until smooth.
