Instructions
Wash and dry the mixed greens thoroughly.
Core the pears and slice them into thin wedges.
Toast the walnuts in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
Whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.
Combine mixed greens, pear slices, walnuts, and feta in a large bowl.
Drizzle with dressing just before serving.
