  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro (chopped (Can be replaced with parsley or basil.))
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (To prevent avocado from browning, add more lime juice if desired.)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions 

  • Combine diced cucumbers, avocados, cherry tomatoes, and sliced red onion in a bowl.
