Ingredients

  • 2 pieces ripe avocados (diced)
  • 2 pieces medium ripe mangoes (diced)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 0.5 small red onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 piece lime (juiced)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions 

  • Wash and chop the avocados and mangoes into cubes.
  • Halve the cherry tomatoes and finely chop the red onion.
