Instructions
Wash and slice cucumbers into rounds.
Whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil.
Add green onions and chili flakes to the dressing; stir gently.
Pour dressing over cucumbers and toss to coat.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
