Instructions
Cook rice and set aside.
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Whisk soy sauce, honey, vinegar, garlic, ginger, cornstarch, and water to make sauce.
Heat oil in a pan, cook chicken until golden, then add sauce and simmer until thickened.
