Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot, sauté garlic and red pepper flakes for 1 minute.
Add broth, lemon zest, and juice; bring to simmer. Cook pasta until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
During last 2-3 minutes, add shrimp; cook until pink and opaque.
Remove from heat, stir in Parmesan cheese if using, season with salt and pepper.
Let rest for 1 minute, then garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
Use fresh parsley for best flavor and adjust seasoning as needed.
