Instructions
Dice chicken into 1-inch pieces and marinate with ingredients for at least 20 minutes.
Toss chicken with 1/4 cup cornstarch until evenly coated.
Fry chicken in hot oil until golden, then remove and set aside.
Stir-fry dried chilies, onions, ginger, and bell peppers for 30 seconds.
Add sauce ingredients, simmer until thickened, then toss in fried chicken. Serve immediately.
Notes
Adjust spice level by adding or reducing dried chilies.
