A quick and easy fried rice recipe perfect for a satisfying meal in just 10 minutes.
Ingredients
Rice

cooked rice (preferably day-old)
Eggs

beaten eggs
Vegetables

mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
Soy Sauce

Instructions
Heat oil in a skillet, scramble eggs until cooked, then set aside.
Cook vegetables in the same skillet for 2-3 minutes until tender.
Add rice and soy sauce, stir until heated and clumps break apart.
Return eggs to skillet, add sesame oil and green onions, season with salt and pepper, then mix well.
Notes
Use day-old rice for best texture and flavor.
