A quick and easy fried rice recipe perfect for a satisfying meal in just 10 minutes.

Ingredients

Rice

  • 2 cups cooked rice (preferably day-old)

Eggs

  • 2 pieces beaten eggs

Vegetables

  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)

Soy Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Sesame Oil

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Green Onions

  • 2 green onions chopped green onions

Salt and Pepper

  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Heat oil in a skillet, scramble eggs until cooked, then set aside.
  • Cook vegetables in the same skillet for 2-3 minutes until tender.
  • Add rice and soy sauce, stir until heated and clumps break apart.
  • Return eggs to skillet, add sesame oil and green onions, season with salt and pepper, then mix well.

Notes

Use day-old rice for best texture and flavor.
