Instructions
Preheat oven to 350ºF and spray baking sheet.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Cream coconut oil, butter, and sugar until smooth.
Add pumpkin, molasses, and egg; mix until combined.
Gradually add dry ingredients, then refrigerate dough for 30 minutes.
Form dough into balls, roll in sugar, place on sheet, and bake for 12 minutes.
