Instructions
Boil potatoes until firm-tender, then drain and cool.
Chop cooled potatoes, onions, and celery; add to a large bowl.
Hard-boil, peel, and chop eggs; add to the mixture.
Mix in vinegar, mayonnaise, mustard, relish, salt, pepper, and sliced spring onions.
Garnish with paprika and serve chilled.
Notes
