Delicious homemade pizza rolls with crispy crust and cheesy pepperoni filling, perfect for a snack or meal.

Ingredients

Dough

  • 1.75 cups all purpose flour (plus more for rolling)
  • 1 package instant or quick rise yeast ((2¼ teaspoons))
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 0.75 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.67 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 0.33 cup pizza sauce
  • 0.75 cup finely chopped pepperoni
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions 

  • Mix flour, yeast, sugar, salt, oregano, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  • Add warm water and oil; knead until smooth. Let rise for 10 minutes.
  • Roll out dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  • Spread pizza sauce, then top with pepperoni and cheese. Roll up and cut into pieces.
  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

For a crispier crust, bake a few extra minutes or brush with butter before baking.
