Instructions
Mix flour, yeast, sugar, salt, oregano, and garlic powder in a bowl.
Add warm water and oil; knead until smooth. Let rise for 10 minutes.
Roll out dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
Spread pizza sauce, then top with pepperoni and cheese. Roll up and cut into pieces.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
For a crispier crust, bake a few extra minutes or brush with butter before baking.
