Ingredients

Fruits

  • 0.5 dl pineapple
  • 0.5 dl mango
  • 1 dl kale (roughly 2-3 leaves)

Dairy

  • 0.5 dl vanilla yoghurt
  • 1 dl milk

Instructions 

  • Add all the ingredients in a blender and mix together.
