Enjoy these flavorful flatbreads topped with tender pesto-coated chicken and fresh cherry tomatoes for a quick and delicious meal.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Season chicken with salt and pepper, then sear in olive oil for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked. Rest, then slice thinly and coat with pesto.
Arrange flatbreads on a baking sheet, top with pesto chicken, and sprinkle with mozzarella.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is bubbly and browned.
Add cherry tomatoes on top, cool slightly, then slice into wedges.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle fresh basil or red pepper flakes before serving.
