A delicious fall dessert combining sweet pears and tart cranberries topped with a crunchy pecan streusel.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix flour, brown sugar, melted butter, salt, and pecans; chill for 10 minutes.
Combine cranberries, pears, sugar, maple syrup, cornstarch, vanilla, and cinnamon; spoon into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with topping mixture.
Bake for 45-50 minutes until bubbly and browned. Cool for 1 hour. Serve warm with ice cream if desired.
Notes
Chill the topping for better crumbling texture.
