A deliciously creamy dessert combining peanut butter, chocolate, and whipped topping in a no-bake lasagna style treat.

Ingredients

Cookies and crust

  • 20 pieces chocolate cream-filled cookies (divided)
  • 2 tablespoons butter (softened)

Cream cheese layer

  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1-1/2 cups confectioners' sugar (divided)

Whipped topping

  • 16 ounces frozen whipped topping (thawed, divided)
  • 15 miniature peanut butter cups (chopped)
  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 3.9 ounces instant chocolate fudge pudding mix

Instructions 

  • Crush 16 cookies, mix with butter, and press into a 9-inch square dish.
  • Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, and 1 cup of sugar; fold in half whipped topping and spread over crust. Top with chopped peanut butter cups.
  • Mix milk, pudding mix, and remaining sugar; fold in remaining whipped topping and spread over peanut butter cups.
  • Crush remaining cookies and sprinkle on top. Chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
