Instructions
Crush 16 cookies, mix with butter, and press into a 9-inch square dish.
Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, and 1 cup of sugar; fold in half whipped topping and spread over crust. Top with chopped peanut butter cups.
Mix milk, pudding mix, and remaining sugar; fold in remaining whipped topping and spread over peanut butter cups.
Crush remaining cookies and sprinkle on top. Chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
