A refreshing and colorful peach fruit salad perfect for summer gatherings or a healthy snack.
Ingredients
Dressing

(hulled and thinly sliced)

(pit removed and thinly sliced)

(or basil, optional)
Instructions
Add dressing ingredients to a jar, shake well.
Wash and slice all fruit; peel peaches if desired.
(Optional) Chill the fruit before serving.
Combine fruit in a large bowl, drizzle with dressing, and toss gently.
Slice or tear mint leaves and sprinkle on top, then serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, chill the dressed fruit before serving.
