This refreshing Peach Berry Fruit Salad is a delightful mix of juicy fruits and fresh mint, perfect for a healthy snack or dessert.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 2 cups peaches or nectarines (sliced or diced) (about 2 cups slices)
  • 2 cups strawberries (halved or sliced)
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint (finely sliced or minced)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave

Instructions 

  • Combine fruits in a large bowl and sprinkle with fresh mint.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice and honey/agave until smooth.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the fruit salad and gently stir.
