A refreshing and colorful pasta salad perfect for picnics and gatherings.
Ingredients
Pasta Salad Ingredients

rotini
((or any other pasta shape))

medium
cucumber
((chopped))

pint
grape tomatoes
((halved))

bell pepper
((chopped))

cup
finely diced red onion

cup
italian dressing
((see notes for homemade))

feta cheese
((crumbled))

sliced black olives

tablespoons
chopped fresh parsley
salt and black pepper
((to taste))
Instructions
Boil water, add salt and pasta; cook as per package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Chop cucumber, grape tomatoes, bell pepper, and red onion.
In a bowl, combine cooled pasta, vegetables, dressing, feta, olives, and parsley. Season and toss.
Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for an hour.
Notes
For a homemade Italian dressing, mix olive oil, vinegar, and Italian herbs.
