  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • pinch red pepper flakes
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions 

  • Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
  • Adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, or red pepper flakes if needed.
  • Alternatively, whisk in a bowl or shake in a mason jar.
  • Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

For a creamier texture, add more parmesan cheese.
