A fresh and flavorful Italian bread salad with ripe tomatoes, basil, and toasted baguette slices.

Instructions
Slice the baguette, brush with olive oil, and toast on a grill pan until charred. Rub with halved garlic cloves for aroma.
Cut tomatoes into quarters, thinly slice onion, and combine in a bowl. Add basil, salt, and olive oil, then toss.
Add grilled bread pieces to the bowl and toss again. Serve immediately.
Notes
Best enjoyed immediately to prevent sogginess. You can prepare the bread in advance and assemble just before serving.
