Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, and turmeric. Marinate chicken for 20 minutes.
Combine rice, onion, oil, salt, pepper, and hot water in a baking dish. Arrange chicken on top.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes, then uncover and bake for 15 minutes until browned.
Remove from oven, fluff rice, and serve garnished with parsley.
Notes
Ensure chicken is cooked through before serving.
