Instructions
Heat butter in a large skillet. Cook chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until golden, then transfer to a plate.
Reduce heat, sauté garlic, then add chicken broth, scraping browned bits from the pan.
Add pasta, simmer 10-12 minutes until al dente, then stir in heavy cream and cook 2-3 minutes.
Mix in Parmesan cheese until melted, return chicken, and simmer 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley and extra cheese.
