elbow pasta

fat-free evaporated milk

reduced-fat cream cheese

shredded light cheddar cheese
Instructions
Coat chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cook chicken in a pan over medium heat for 4 minutes per side until cooked through.
Drizzle honey and BBQ sauce over chicken and stir to combine.
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
In the same pan, heat evaporated milk and cream cheese until smooth, then add chicken stock powder.
Stir in shredded cheddar until melted, then fold in cooked pasta and chicken. Serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, garnish with fresh herbs like parsley or chives.
