A rich and creamy pasta dish featuring ground beef, garlic, and Parmesan, all cooked in one pot for easy cleanup and maximum flavor.
Ingredients
Meat and Dairy
1
lb
ground beef
2
tablespoons
butter
1
cup
heavy cream
1/2
cup
grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
Add ground beef; cook until browned, then stir in chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until translucent.
Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Pour in beef broth and simmer briefly.
Reduce heat, stir in heavy cream, then add Parmesan cheese. Stir until cheese melts and sauce is smooth.
Adjust seasoning if needed, then serve warm, garnished as desired.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with milk or a plant-based alternative. Be careful not to burn the garlic during sautéing for optimal flavor.
