A quick and hearty one-pot meal combining ground beef, pasta, and tomatoes for a satisfying dinner.

Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 pound Ground beef

Vegetables

  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)

Pasta

  • 12 ounces Pasta (penne, rotini, or shells)

Canned Goods

  • 28 ounces Canned crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup Beef broth

Seasonings

  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

Instructions 

  • Brown beef with onion and garlic in a deep skillet.
  • Add pasta, tomatoes, broth, and seasoning; stir well.
  • Cover and simmer for 12–15 minutes until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
  • Top with cheese if desired and serve.
