A quick and hearty one-pan meal combining ground beef, rice, and vegetables for a satisfying dinner.
Ingredients

long-grain white rice

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté onions and peppers until softened (~4 min).
Add ground beef, cook until browned (~6-8 min), then drain excess fat.
Stir in rice, spices, salt, and pepper; toast for 2 min.
Pour in broth, bring to boil, then simmer covered for 18-20 min until rice is tender.
Rest for 5 min, then fluff and serve.
Notes
Feel free to garnish with fresh herbs or cheese for extra flavor.
