A quick and flavorful one-pan dish combining tender garlic butter chicken with fluffy rice, perfect for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients

Instructions
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and sear in butter until golden, about 4–6 minutes per side.
Transfer chicken, sauté minced garlic in the pan for 20–30 seconds, then toast rice for 1 minute.
Pour in chicken broth, scrape browned bits, bring to simmer, then nestle chicken on top.
Cover and cook until rice is tender and chicken is cooked through, about 12–15 minutes.
Turn off heat, let rest for 3–5 minutes, then fluff rice and garnish with parsley or lemon zest.
Notes
Ensure not to brown the garlic too much to avoid bitterness.
