A quick and hearty one-pan casserole combining tender chicken, rice, and cheese for a comforting meal.
Ingredients
Chicken

cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
Cream Soup

can
condensed cream of chicken soup
(10.5 oz can)
Rice

cup
uncooked instant white rice
Broth & Dairy

cup
chicken broth
1
cup
milk
Cheese
1
cup
shredded cheddar cheese, divided
Other Ingredients

sour cream

onion powder

frozen broccoli florets (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch dish.
Mix soup, broth, milk, sour cream, and seasonings until smooth.
Stir in chicken, rice, half of cheese, and broccoli if using. Pour into dish.
Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes. Remove foil, add remaining cheese, bake 5-10 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add herbs or spices as desired.
