A healthy and delicious banana bread made with oats and chocolate chips, perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a loaf pan.
Mash bananas in a large bowl, then add eggs, maple syrup, vanilla, and baking soda. Mix well.
Stir in oats and chocolate chips until combined.
Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle with additional chocolate chips if desired.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, then cool before slicing.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
