A healthy and delicious banana bread made with oats and chocolate chips, perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

Bananas

  • 3 medium ripe bananas

Eggs

  • 2 large eggs

Sweetener

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey

Vanilla Extract

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Baking Soda

  • 1 tsp baking soda

Rolled Oats

  • 2 cups rolled oats

Chocolate Chips

  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a loaf pan.
  • Mash bananas in a large bowl, then add eggs, maple syrup, vanilla, and baking soda. Mix well.
  • Stir in oats and chocolate chips until combined.
  • Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle with additional chocolate chips if desired.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, then cool before slicing.

Notes

Use ripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
