A rich and creamy no-bake cheesecake with a chocolate twist, perfect for quick indulgence.

Ingredients

Crust

  • 200 grams crushed biscuits or cookies
  • 50 grams melted butter

Filling

  • 225 grams cream cheese
  • 120 ml heavy cream
  • 50 grams powdered sugar
  • 100 grams melted chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional Toppings

  • chocolate ganache, chocolate shavings, cocoa powder, fresh berries, chopped nuts (as desired)

Instructions 

  • Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter and press into a pan. Chill for 20 minutes.
  • Melt chocolate and let cool slightly.
  • Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Mix in melted chocolate.
  • Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form and fold into the chocolate mixture.
  • Pour filling over crust, smooth, and refrigerate for 4–6 hours. Add toppings before serving.

Notes

Use a warm knife to slice for clean pieces.
