These delicious no-bake brownie bites are a quick and healthy treat, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth without any baking.

Ingredients

Optional Nuts

  • cups pitted Medjool dates
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp milk (dairy or non-dairy)

Toppings (optional)

  • shredded coconut, cocoa powder, chopped nuts (for rolling)

Instructions 

  • Soften dates if dry, then blend with oats, cocoa, salt, and vanilla until combined.
  • Add milk gradually to form a sticky dough.
  • Roll mixture into small balls and coat with toppings if desired.
  • Chill in the fridge for 10-15 minutes before serving.
