A delicious homemade bread combining tart cranberries and crunchy walnuts, perfect for breakfast or snack.

Wet Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare loaf pan.
Mix dry ingredients, then add cranberries.
Beat egg and combine with wet ingredients, then add to dry mixture.
Gently fold in walnuts, pour batter into pan, and bake for 50-55 minutes.
Cool, slice, and serve with optional toppings.
