Ingredients

Chicken Salad

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded (Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.)
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Celery, diced
  • 1 cup Grapes, halved
  • 1 cup Almonds, sliced

Instructions 

  • In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mayonnaise, celery, grapes, and almonds.
  • Mix well until all ingredients are coated.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Serve on a bed of lettuce or in a sandwich.
