Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook beef until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
Season with salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder, onion, and garlic powders. Add diced onion and cook until tender.
Add green chilis and black beans, warm through, adding water if dry.
Assemble salads with lettuce, top with beef mixture, and add desired toppings. Serve immediately.
