Enjoy flavorful shrimp kabobs marinated with fresh herbs and spices, grilled to perfection for a delicious Mediterranean-inspired meal.
Ingredients
Marinade

Instructions
Mix marinade ingredients and set aside 2 tbsp for later.
Pat shrimp dry, season with salt, and coat with marinade. Chill for 20-30 minutes.
Thread shrimp onto skewers and grill: 2-3 mins per side on high heat.
Remove from grill, brush with reserved marinade, and squeeze lemon juice. Serve immediately.
Notes
Soak bamboo skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling.
