Instructions
Press and cube the tofu, then coat with a mixture of cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook tofu until golden, about 10 minutes.
Whisk soy sauce, maple syrup, and vinegar to make the glaze.
Pour the glaze over the tofu, cook for 1-2 minutes until thickened, then serve topped with sesame seeds and green onions.
