1cupcoconut milk or almond milk(adjust for thickness)
1mediumbanana (ripe)
1tbsphoney or maple syrup(optional (to taste))
½cupice cubes(only if using fresh mango)
Instructions
Add coconut milk to the blender.
Add mango chunks, banana, and optional sweetener.
If using fresh mango, add ice cubes.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness, then serve immediately.
Notes
For a thicker smoothie, add more ice or reduce the liquid.
