Ingredients

  • 2 cups mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup coconut milk or almond milk (adjust for thickness)
  • 1 medium banana (ripe)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional (to taste))
  • ½ cup ice cubes (only if using fresh mango)

Instructions 

  • Add coconut milk to the blender.
  • Add mango chunks, banana, and optional sweetener.
  • If using fresh mango, add ice cubes.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness, then serve immediately.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, add more ice or reduce the liquid.
