Ingredients

Fruits

  • 1 cup pineapple, frozen
  • 1 cup mango, frozen
  • 1 piece banana (sliced)
  • 0.25 cup almond milk
  • 0.25 cup granola
  • to taste mango chunks and/or pineapple chunks
  • 1 slice banana, sliced
  • to taste coconut, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

Instructions 

  • Combine pineapple, mango, banana and almond milk in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into bowls and top with granola, mango/pineapple chunks, shredded coconut, and chia seeds.

Notes

Use fresh or frozen fruit for best flavor and texture.
