A refreshing and vibrant salad combining sweet mango and apple with a tangy pomegranate dressing, perfect for a healthy snack or light meal.

Ingredients

Fruits and Dressing

  • 1 piece Pomegranate (for seeds and juice)
  • 4 tbsp Herb infused olive oil
  • 2 tbsp White Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 2 pieces Mango (peeled and chopped)
  • 2 pieces Apple (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  • Salt as per taste Salt
  • 10 leaves Mint leaves (for garnishing)

Instructions 

  • Peel pomegranate, extract seeds, and blend half for juice. Strain the juice.
  • Mix pomegranate juice with olive oil, vinegar, sugar, and remaining seeds to make dressing.
  • Combine chopped mango, apple, salt, lemon juice, black pepper, and dressing. Mix well.
  • Let sit for 5-10 minutes, then garnish with mint leaves and serve.

Notes

Use fresh mint for best flavor and serve immediately for a crisp, refreshing taste.
