Instructions
Cook pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain and cool.
Dice vegetables and herbs; whisk dressing ingredients together.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of paprika or chopped fresh herbs before serving.
