A quick and delicious meal combining tender chicken, fresh vegetables, and flavorful rice, perfect for lunch.
Ingredients

long grain rice

Instructions
Cook rice according to package instructions.
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Cook chicken in olive oil 5-7 mins per side until done.

Mix soy sauce and honey; pour over chicken and veggies, simmer 2 mins.
