A delicious low-carb pasta dish featuring tender beef in a creamy garlic sauce, perfect for a satisfying meal without the carbs.

200gQetoe Low Carb Penne(or your choice of pasta)
Meat
450gbeef sirloin or flank steak(thinly sliced)
Oil
2tbspolive oil
Garlic
4clovesgarlic, minced
Cream
1cupheavy cream
Broth
½cupbeef broth
Seasonings
1tspdried Italian seasoning
1tbspWorcestershire sauce(optional for depth)
1tspsalt(adjust to taste)
½tspblack pepper
Cheese
¼cupgrated Parmesan cheese
Garnish
to tastechopped fresh parsley(for garnish)
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions (boil for 5 minutes, then sit for 1 minute). Drain and set aside.
Sear beef slices in heated olive oil for 3–4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
Sauté garlic in the same pan for 1 minute. Add broth and Worcestershire, scraping browned bits. Pour in cream, season, and simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Add cooked pasta and beef to the sauce, toss to coat. Stir in Parmesan and garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or fresh basil.
