A delicious low-carb pasta dish featuring tender beef in a creamy garlic sauce, perfect for a satisfying meal without the carbs.

Ingredients

Pasta

  • 200 g Qetoe Low Carb Penne (or your choice of pasta)

Meat

  • 450 g beef sirloin or flank steak (thinly sliced)

Oil

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Garlic

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Cream

  • 1 cup heavy cream

Broth

  • ½ cup beef broth

Seasonings

  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional for depth)
  • 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Cheese

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Garnish

  • to taste chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions (boil for 5 minutes, then sit for 1 minute). Drain and set aside.
  • Sear beef slices in heated olive oil for 3–4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • Sauté garlic in the same pan for 1 minute. Add broth and Worcestershire, scraping browned bits. Pour in cream, season, and simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Add cooked pasta and beef to the sauce, toss to coat. Stir in Parmesan and garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or fresh basil.
