Ingredients

  • 1 bag tortilla chips (10-12 oz.)
  • 1 cup leftover Chili Con Carne
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup red and green onions, finely chopped

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  • Spread chips on the baking sheet, top with chili and shredded cheese.
  • Bake for 4-5 minutes until cheese melts and chili warms.
  • Heat nacho cheese sauce until smooth. Drizzle over nachos.
  • Remove from oven, add sour cream and chopped onions. Serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add jalapeños or cilantro as desired.
