1cupleftover Chili Con Carne
1cupshredded cheddar cheese
1/2cupnacho cheese sauce(store-bought or homemade)
1/2cupsour cream
1/4cupred and green onions, finely chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread chips on the baking sheet, top with chili, then sprinkle cheese.
Bake for 4-5 minutes until cheese melts and chili warms.
Heat nacho cheese sauce until smooth.
Remove nachos, drizzle with cheese sauce and sour cream, then top with onions. Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, add jalapeños or cilantro as desired.
