  • 2 cups Cooked turkey meat
  • 1 stalk Celery
  • 2 green onions Green onions
  • 1/2 red bell pepper Red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  • Chop turkey into bite-sized pieces.
  • Dice celery, green onions, and red bell pepper.
  • Whisk mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, cider vinegar, sugar, and salt.
  • Add turkey and vegetables to a bowl, then toss with dressing.
