Instructions
Pat chicken dry. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken in batches 3–4 minutes per side until golden. Set aside.
Melt butter in skillet, add garlic, and cook 30 seconds.
Add mustard, lemon juice, zest, spices, and herbs. Return chicken, toss, and simmer 1–2 minutes.
Garnish with parsley, serve with lemon wedges.
