A quick and flavorful vegan pasta dish infused with lemon and garlic, perfect for a light meal.

Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain, reserving ¼ cup pasta water.
Heat vegan butter and olive oil in a pan over low-medium heat.
Add garlic, lemon juice, zest, and chili flakes; sauté 30 seconds. Add pasta water and cream, heat through.
Mix pasta into sauce, add peas, and garnish with vegan Parmesan.
Notes
Use fresh lemon for the best flavor and adjust chili flakes to taste.
