Instructions
Stir and mash tuna with mayonnaise, celery, shallot, dill, yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, mustard, sumac, sugar, pepper, and salt until well combined.
Transfer to a plate; garnish with additional dill if desired.
Serve with bread, celery sticks, or over lettuce, if desired.
Notes
Use fresh dill for best flavor and serve immediately.
