A quick and easy one-pan lasagna-inspired dish perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
Meat and Vegetables

ground beef (or ground turkey)

onion

garlic

marinara sauce

Instructions
Brown beef and onion in skillet. Drain grease.
Add garlic, sauce, tomatoes, and seasoning. Stir.
Stir in pasta and water. Simmer until tender.
Mix cheeses and dollop on top. Flatten gently.
Cover until cheese melts. Serve hot.
Notes
You can substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
