Instructions
Mix soy sauce, gochujang, honey, sesame oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Add steak cubes, marinate for 30 minutes, then cook in a skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side.
Whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, sriracha, salt, and pepper to make the spicy sauce.
Serve rice in bowls, top with steak, and drizzle with spicy cream sauce.
Notes
